SOLUTION: A water storage tank 11 for storing water, a closed tank 20 internally provided with a mechanism for generating air-dissolved water in which air is dissolved, an intake pipe 21 having one end connected to the water storage tank 11, and an intake pipe. The other end of 21 is connected, the pump 12 which takes in the water stored in the water storage tank 11 via a water intake pipe, pressurizes and discharges it, and one end is connected to the pump 12 and the other end is connected to the closed tank 20.
