PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical fine hydrogen bubble generator capable of generating fine hydrogen bubble water.SOLUTION: Hydrogen gas generated by a hydrogen gas generator 1 is sucked by a compressor 4 after storing once in a hydrogen gas storage tank 13, and is supplied to a pump 3 by being injected and pressurized from the middle of a return pipe 5 for connecting a water tank 2 and a sucking-in port of a pump 3. A mixture of water and hydrogen gas is discharged from a discharge port of the pump 3, and the hydrogen gas is injected into the water tank 2 by an injection pipe 31 while being atomized by an orifice 61.
