PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for cleaning the inside of a water tank, so designed that the reserved water in the water tank T is sucked up by siphon action and drained outside, good in operability, continuously draining water in the tank sucked up into the tool out of the tank together with dirt without dirts being caught on a sucking pipe and a water-guide pipe and being clogged in these pipes.
SOLUTION: The tool comprises the sucking pipe A, the flexible water-guide pipe B connected with the downstream end of the sucking pipe A, and a water channel control instrument C set slidably midway of the water-guide pipe B and enabling the water channel of the pipe B to be throttled steplessly and opened/closed.
