The present invention relates to a wicker tray dryer including: a main body portion where multiple blowers are installed, the blowers discharging air to the outside from the inside with a heater for air heating attached, the multiple blowers being divided into sets, and the sets being alternately operated for internal decompression and a wicker tray portion where multiple wicker trays are stacked on an upper side portion of the main body portion, an agricultural product to be dried being placed in the wicker tray and the agricultural product being dried by the air heated by the heater passing through the wicker tray. According to the present invention, the heated hot air repeats cross circulation and the wet air discharged from the dried object is discharged to the outside by means of the decompression function, and thus the agricultural product can be uniformly and quickly dried. In addition, the present invention can be simply and conveniently assembled, and thus can be conveniently used by small farming households. According to the related art, a large dryer has to be operated as a whole even during the drying of a small amount of agricultural product, which results in the lack of efficiency.
