PURPOSE: A condensed water manufacturing apparatus using fallen fruits and a method for the same are provided to prevent the occurrence of hygiene problems by heating a chamber at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A condensed water manufacturing apparatus includes a dryer(3100) and a vapor condensing part(3200). The dryer includes a chamber, a pulverizing part, and a heating part. Fallen fruits are introduced into the chamber. The chamber is blocked from external air. The pulverizing part pulverizes and stirs the fallen fruits in the chamber. The heating part heats the chamber to dry the fallen fruits. The vapor condensing part includes a body part, a coolant sprayer, a vapor pipe, at least one cooling part, and a condensed water outlet. The coolant sprayer is positioned at the inner upper side of the body part. The vapor pipe penetrates vapor from the chamber through the upper part and the inner part of the body part and induces the vapor to the lower part of the body part. The cooling part is connected to the vapor pipe. The vapor is cooled through the cooling part. The condensed water outlet is connected to the end part of the vapor pipe.본 발명은 낙과를 이용한 응축수 제조 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 응축수를 제조하기 위해서는 수거된 낙과를 선별하고 세척하여 챔버에 투입하고, 챔버에서는 낙과를 분쇄 교반하면서 가열하여 증기를 발생시키며, 챔버에서 배출되는 증기는 증기관을 통과하면서 응축되어 응축수로 된다.본 발명에 따르면 낙과를 활용하여 과일의 천연 성분을 함유하고 있는 응축수를 제조할 수 있어, 낙과를 이용한 과수 농가의 수익 창출에 기여할 수 있다.
