PURPOSE: A producing method of silkworm powder tablets is provided to offer the easy expansion and disintegration property of the tablets to eaters, and to produce the tablets without a separate disintegrating agent. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of silkworm powder tablets comprises the following steps: assorting silkworms, and heat-processing the silkworms using boiling water at 80-100 deg. C for 5-10 minutes； rapidly freezing the silkworms before and vacuum-drying； crushing the dried silkworms into the particle size of 200-400 meshes； mixing 100 parts of silkworms powder by weight with 30-40 parts of water by weight to obtain a mixture； molding granules using the mixture in the particle size of 50-100 meshes； and drying the granules into the water content of 5-10%, and compress-molding the granules. [Reference numerals] (AA) Assorting live silkworm； (BB) Heat processing the silkworm； (CC) Rapidly freezing the silkworm； (DD) Vacuum-drying the silkworm； (EE) Pulverizing the silkworm； (FF) Molding granules using the silkworm powder； (GG) Drying the silkworm powder granules； (HH) Compressing the silkworm powder granules to obtain tablets본 발명은 누에분말 정제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 누에분말의 복용 및 소화흡수가 용이한 정제(錠劑)로 제조함과 아울러 이취, 이미가 발생되는 것을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 누에분말 정제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 생물 누에의 선별단계와, 상기 선별된 생물 누에를 열탕에 투입하여 열처리하는 단계와, 상기 열처리된 누에를 급냉실에 투입하여 급냉하는 급냉단계와, 상기 급냉된 누에를 진공건조실에 투입하고 진공건조실의 온도가 10~20℃가 되는 조건에서 20~30분 동안 진공 감압하는 진공하에서 점차적으로 온도가 3~7℃ 상태로 진행이 되면 진공건조실의 온도를 40~45℃의 조건으로 만든 다음 18~22시간 동안 건조가 이루어지도록 하고 이어서 진공건조실의 온도를 낮추어 15~25℃가 되는 조건에서 30~60분 동안 건조하는 진공건조단계와, 상기 진공건조된 누에를 200~400메쉬의 입자크기로 된 분말로 만드는 누에 분말화단계와, 상기 누에분말 100중량부에 대하여 물 30~40중량부를 혼합하여 반죽물을 만든 다음 반죽물을 50~100메쉬의 입자크기로 된 과립을 성형하는 과립 성형단계와, 상기 성형된 과립의 함수율이 5~10%가 되도록 건조하는 과립 건조단계와, 상기 건조된 과립을 압축 성형하여 덩어리 형태로 만드는 정제 성형단계를 포함하여서 되는 누에분말 정제의 제조방법을 특징으로 한다.
