The present invention utilizes a new isolate H101 that isolated from wild medicinal herbs DongChongXiaCao (Ophiocordyceps sinensis anamorph Hirsutella sinensis) by the two-stage floating surface liquid culture with perfluorocarbon oxygen carrier technique (TSF-PT) to the production of the extracts of mycelium fermented preparation enriched in the bioactive ingredients for anti-inflammation as well as to disclose its production method.本發明利用冬蟲夏草菌(Ophiocordyceps sinensis;無性世代為Hirsutella sinensis)新分離株H101以二階式浮面液態培養-全氟化碳氧載體複合技術(TSF-PT)生產具富含生物活性成分組合之發酵萃取物之抗發炎活性,並揭示其產製方法。
