The invention discloses a method for extracting cordyceps sinensis extract. The method includes steps of S1, manufacturing cordyceps sinensis micro-powder S2, adding the cordyceps sinensis micro-powder into acid solution, heating the acid solution, repeatedly regulating PH (potential of hydrogen) values of systems, then ultrasonically treating the systems and filtering the systems to obtain extract liquid S3, concentrating the extract liquid in a decompression manner to obtain the cordyceps sinensis extract. The method for extracting the cordyceps sinensis extract has the advantages of simple procedures, mild conditions and high content of the cordyceps sinensis extract obtained by the aid of the method.
