PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device allowing to easily and accurately perform water supply to a cultivation layer for growing plants.SOLUTION: The plant cultivation device is such that a thin plate-like insertion base body 50b3 whose upper end part is formed into a pointed shape is provided in an upwardly protruding manner on the upper end central part of a lower square cylindrical portion 50b2 located at a central position of a bottom plate 50b1A of an upper box-like portion 50b1, the insertion base body 50b3 is supported by a support bar 50b7, and an inserted water conveyance portion 59 is formed by locking a string-like body 54 to an upper slit portion 50b5 of the insertion base body 50b3 and additionally providing the string-like body 54 on the insertion base body 50b3. The lower part of the string-like body 54 is vertically suspended to the bottom of a water storage portion 60 in the lower square cylindrical portion 50b2 so as to form a supply part 62.
