PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation unit capable of continuously replenishing a nutritious liquid to the plant under cultivation throughout the period of time until the nutritious liquid in a cultivation container is used up by filling the container with a nutritious liquid, therefore enabling labor involved in the cultivation to be mitigated significantly and enabling setting place for the unit to be selected at discretion as well because of causing no liquid leakage. SOLUTION: This plant cultivation unit has such a scheme that, the opening 1A of a cultivation container 1 holding a nutritious liquid C thereinto is detachably mounted with a cultivation frame 2 furnished with a cultivation bed 3 housed with a cultivation bed material B, a cylindrical body 4 capable of soaking in the nutritious liquid in the frame 2 is communicatingly connected to the bottom 3A of the cultivation bed 3, and the inside of the cylindrical body 4 is mounted with a nutritious liquid sucking member 5 for replenishing the nutritious liquid C in the container 1 to the cultivation bed material B through sucking up the liquid C by the aid of capillarity.
