PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant bed facilitating greening of buildings and work of transplanting lawn in a schoolyard of children. SOLUTION: The plant bed is arranged with a root prevention sheet, and has laid bricks 2...2, a soil material 4 set on the bricks 2...2, and a sheet 3 made of plant bark and set between the bricks 2...2 and the soil material 4. It is possible to make plants take root with plant bark, prevent plants from taking root onto the bricks, and move lawn to another place separating from the bricks at the time of transplanting while suppressing the use of a soil material such as soil and also using the bricks (garden brick) excellent in raising lawn.
