A roll-in type cot 10 may include a support frame 12, a pair of front legs 20, a pair of rear legs 40, and a cot operation system. The pair of front legs 20 may be slidably connected to the support frame 12. The front leg 20 includes a front wheel 26. The pair of rear legs 40 may be slidably connected to the support frame 12. The rear leg 40 includes a rear wheel 46. The cot operation system includes a front actuator 16 that moves a front leg 20 and a rear actuator 18 that moves a rear leg 40. The front actuator 16 and the rear actuator 18 work together to raise or lower the support frame 12.
