PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid capable of reliably reducing a burden on a leg part in walking.SOLUTION: A walking aid 1 attached to a leg part 50 of a user for aiding walking includes: a support member 10 having a seat part 12 on which the user straddles and sits； a pair of upper cane members 20R and 20L rotatably supported by the support member 10 through a first rotatable part 21； and a pair of lower cane members 30R and 30L rotatably supported by the pair of upper cane members 20R and 20L respectively through second rotatable parts 31R and 31L, which are removably attached to the leg part of the user.
