The needle-receiving means (15) has at least one second foil portion (12) and a shaped plastic part (14) that can be pressed on laterally against the syringe needle (19). The needle-receiving means (15) is connected pivotably to the first foil portion (11) via a transition area (13) protruding laterally over the first foil portion (11) in a first direction (z), and the label (10) having one or more foils (1, 2) in the transition area (13). At least one first weakening element (3) is provided in at least one foil (1, 2) in the transition area (13) of the label (10). Further, the at least one first weakening element (3) has an orientation deviating from the first direction (z).
