Disclosed herein are methods for removing spores from skin, the method including dispensing an effective amount of a composition into or onto an article, wherein the composition includes water and from about 0.04 wt% to about 4 wt% polymeric cationic antimicrobial, nonionic antimicrobial or combinations thereof contacting a skin surface with the composition mechanically acting on the skin surface for at least one (1) second while the skin surface is in the presence of the composition and removing at least a portion of the composition from the surface of the skin, wherein removing the composition also removes spores from the skin surface.Linvention concerne des procédés délimination des spores de la peau, le procédé comprenant la distribution dune quantité efficace dune composition dans ou sur un article, la composition contenant de leau et denviron 0,04 % à environ 4 % en poids dun antimicrobien cationique polymère, dun antimicrobien non ionique ou de combinaisons de ceux-ci la mise en contact dune surface de la peau avec la composition une action mécanique sur la surface de la peau pendant au moins une (1) seconde tandis que la surface de la peau est en présence de la composition et lélimination dau moins une partie de la composition de la surface de la peau, lélimination de la composition éliminant également les spores de la surface de la peau.
