The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pear having an image formed on the pericarp thereof, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a pear having an image formed on the pericarp thereof, wherein an image with a predetermined shape is drawn on the pear pericarp by using a sharp tool, and the image is allowed to be changed into a black color, thereby improving marketability. The method for manufacturing a pear having an image formed on the pericarp thereof according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: an intaglio forming step (S1) of preparing a ripe pear and forming an intaglio of an intended image as an ink-and-wash painting to a depth of between 25-50 &mum from the pear pericarp by using a sharp tool an oxidation storing step (S2) of storing the pear to oxidize the intaglio portion and a finishing step (S3) of changing the intaglio portion into a black color of the intended image through oxidation, thereby completing the image.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014본 발명은 이미지가 과피에 형성된 배를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 배 과피에 일정한 모양의 이미지를 날카로운 도구를 사용하여 그리고 이미지가 검은색으로 변색되도록 하여 상품성을 높이게 되는 이미지가 과피에 형성된 배를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 이미지가 과피에 형성된 배를 제작하는 방법은 성숙한 배를 준비하고 의도된 이미지인 수묵화를 날카로운 공구를 사용하여 과피의 25-50㎛ 사이의 깊이까지 음각을 형성하는 음각형성단계(S1)와, 공기 중에 보관하여 상기 음각 부분이 산화되도록 하는 산화보관단계(S2)와, 산화에 의해 상기 음각 부분이 의도된 이미지의 검은색으로 변색하여 이미지가 완성되는 마무리단계(S4)로 구성된다.
