This utility model disclosed the process of producing cream with crab (Neptunus pelagicus) cream comprising the steps of washing of crabs in running water and drain steaming of washed crabs for 30 minutes then cool separating the shells of the crabs from the meat, eyes and internal organs drying the crab shells under the heat of the sun for one day at air temperature of 40 degrees Celsius pulverizing the dried crab shells into powder mixing the ingredients thoroughly in a suitable container cooking the ingredients in a cooking pot until it becomes sticky and reach the desired consistency simultaneously filling the cooked mixture into the glass jars and pre-heating the pressure cooker for 8 minutes arranging half-sealed glass jars into the pressure cooker exhausting the glass jars for 15 minutes pressurizing the glass jars for 60 minutes at 10 psi and wait until the pressure gauge register to zero complete sealing the glass jars containing cream and cooling the glass jars.
