PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing cooking device in which a surface part of thawed frozen food is hard to become watery.SOLUTION: A thawing cooking device includes: a grill chamber 20 (thawing cooking chamber) a heat transfer dish 6 stored in the grill chamber 20 in a freely taking in/out manner, and making the frozen food placed as a thawing cooking object conduct heat an upper burner 33 provided in the upper side of the heat transfer dish 6 in the grill chamber 20, and heating the frozen food from the upper side a lower burner 31 provided at the lower side of the heat transfer dish 6 in the grill chamber 20, and heating the heat transfer dish 6 from the lower side and a control unit for controlling the heating conditions of the upper burner 33 and the lower burner 31.
