The present invention relates to a method for producing a Sunsik product using GABA rice, and provides a GABA rice Sunsik product with high quality and high functionality which is capable of promoting health by giving minerals extracted from native rock minerals to the GABA rice in a process of soaking GABA rice with high contents of food fibers and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in water, thereby enabling the GABA rice to abundantly contain various nutrients while maintaining a good taste.
