The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the gas or liquid stream or solid surface is treated with protozoa of the genus Willaertia and, in particular, of the species Willaertia magna. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the protozoa preferably refer to a strain deposited under the number of PTA 7824 in ATCC or to a strain deposited under the number of PTA 7825 in ATCC. 4. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that it is intended for disinfection of water in sewer systems or industrial water in distribution networks, in cooling circuits for industrial enterprises or in air conditioning networks. 5. The method according to any one of paragraphs. 1-3, characterized in that it is designed to control the formation of biofilms in water pipes or on surfaces, possibly in contact with humans or with food products of animal origin. 6. The use of a disinfectant containing protozoa of the genus Willaertia, and in particular of the species Willaertia magna, as a biocide on Pseudomonas, with the exception of the use for processing in relation to the body of an animal or human. 7. The use as in claim 6, characterized in that the protozoa belong to a strain deposited under the number of PTA 7824 in ATCC, or to a strain deposited under the number of PTA 7825 in ATCC. 8.
