The holes or slots on the side wall of the funnel structure (6) can decrease impact force of water flow, strengthening particle pollutant precipitation functionality during a backwashing process, floating filter material (11) in a gap between an outer barrel (1) and an inner barrel (5) circulates, rolls and rubs against itself, thereby causing adhered particle pollutants to be removed and discharged by means of the pollutant discharge pipe (4).
