PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor sheet configured such that a plurality of electromyogram electrodes and a plurality of vibration pickups can be attached on the surface of an anterior neck region by a single work even if a measurer is not an expert, and to provide a swallowing activity measuring device for calculating muscle activity in the laryngeal based on an electromyogram and vibration measurement results.SOLUTION: A sensor sheet 110 is formed by previously fixing an electromyogram electrode and a vibration pickup to an adhesive sheet so as to match a muscular position to be measured, and is stuck on a subject to record waveform data measured. The recorded results of measurement are subjected to filtering or the like, and then a muscle activity analyzer 130 calculates a start time, a completion time, time duration, an initiation order and a completion order of the muscle activity related to swallowing. The muscle activity analyzer 130 uses the results of measurement of the plurality of vibration pickups for calculating the time when the food and drink pass a larynx, and calculates that the muscle activity is stopped only when the waveform of the electromyogram is successively lowered less than a threshold value beyond a certain period of time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】前頚部表面への複数の筋電図電極及び複数の振動ピックアップを専門家でない測定者であっても1回の作業で取り付け可能なセンサシート、筋電図及び振動測定結果に基づいて喉頭部における筋活動を計算する嚥下活動測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定しようとする筋の位置にあうように、予め筋電図電極及び振動ピックアップが粘着シートに固定されたセンサシート110を被験者に貼り付け、測定した波形データを記録する。記録した測定結果のフィルタ処理等を行い、その後、筋活動分析部130において、嚥下に関連する筋活動の開始時刻、終了時刻、継続時間、開始順序及び終了順序を計算する。筋活動分析部130においては、飲食物が喉頭を通過する時刻を計算するために複数の振動ピックアップの測定結果を利用するとともに、筋電図の波形が閾値を一定時間を超えて連続して下回った際にのみ、筋活動が停止していると計算する。【選択図】図1
