PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a highly accurate measurement result of volume information.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device includes an image acquisition part, a contour position acquisition part, a volume information calculation part and a control part. The image acquisition part acquires a plurality of two-dimensional ultrasonic image data group generated by subjecting each of a prescribed plurality of cross sections to ultrasonic scanning during a prescribed interval of at least one heartbeat or more. The contour position acquisition part preforms a tracking processing including two-dimensional pattern matching during the prescribed interval, and acquires chronological data of at least one contour position of the inner lumen and outer lumen at a prescribed site included in each of the plurality of two-dimensional ultrasonic image data groups. The volume information calculation part calculates the volume information at the prescribed site based on the chronological data for the plurality of contour positions acquired from each of the plurality of two-dimensional image data groups.
