The present invention relates to a drying apparatus of a dehydrating member used in an apparatus for producing dry laver, which dehydrates a wet raw laver layer by pressing in the process of producing dry laver. The drying apparatus of a dehydrating member used in an apparatus for producing dry laver according to the present invention comprises a housing having a drying chamber, a hot wind supply chamber and an entrance connected to the drying chamber； a door combined to the housing so as to open/close the entrance； holding shelves installed in the drying chamber so as to hold a dehydrating member； a heater installed in the hot wind supply chamber so as to heat the air in the hot wind supply chamber； a hot wind supply duct connected to the hot wind supply chamber so as to supply the heated air of the hot wind supply chamber to the drying chamber； a blower for blowing the heated air of the hot wind supply chamber to the hot air supply duct； a hot wind distribution duct connected to the hot wind supply duct so as to introduce the hot wind supplied through the hot wind supply duct, arranged at the upper part of the holding shelves, and having multiple hot wind spraying holes to spray the hot wind to the drying chamber； and a drain pathway prepared at the lower part of the housing in order to discharge the water drained from the dehydrating member placed on the holding shelves to the outside of the housing.본 발명은 건조 김을 생산하는 과정에서 젖은 원초층을 가압하여 탈수하는 건조 김 생산장치용 탈수부재의 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 건조 김 생산장치용 탈수부재의 건조장치는, 건조실과 열풍 공급실 및 건조실과 연결되는 출입구를 갖는 하우징과, 출입구를 개폐할 수 있도록 하우징에 결합되는 도어와, 탈수부재를 거치할 수 있도록 건조실에 설치되는 거치 선반과, 열풍 공급실의 공기를 가열하기 위해 열풍 공급실에 설치되는 히터와, 열풍 공급실의 가열 공기를 건조실로 공급하기 위해 열풍 공급실에 연결하는 열풍 공급덕트와, 열풍 공급실의 가열 공기를 열풍 공급덕트 쪽으로 송풍시키는 송풍기와, 열풍 공급덕트를 통해 공급되는 열풍이 유입될 수 있도록 열풍 공급덕트와 연결되어 거치 선반의 상부에 배치되고 열풍을 건조실로 분사하기 위한 복수의 열풍 분사구를 갖는 열풍 분배덕트와, 거치 선반에 놓이는 탈수부재에서 빠져나오는 물을 하우징 외부로 배출하기 위해 하우징의 하부에 마련되는 드레인 통로를 포함한다.
