The invention relates to a portable temperature control device for breeding. The temperature control device is provided with a holding room, and a thermoelectric chip and good conductivity films are disposed in the holding room. Furthermore, the temperature control device is electrically connected to a controller, and a temperature sensing unit is equipped in the main body of the temperature control device to electrically joint to the controller. Accordingly, the temperature sensing unit can be used to detect the temperature within the breeding box. Then the controller can drive a temperature control unit to proceed with temperature adjustment automatically according to the variation of the temperature.
