PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for shaping a packaged noodle which is capable of shaping the noodle lines packaged by a vertical packaging apparatus without manual work, and a method for shaping it.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for shaping the packaged noodle includes a bag guiding unit 3 arranged below the vertical packaging apparatus 2, a conveyor 5 for approaching a drawing body 4 to the lower end of the bag guiding unit 3, a pressing roller 7 with a width narrower than the width of a quadrangle packaging bag 6, a rotary driving unit 8 for rotating the pressing roller 7 in a direction indicated by an Arrow &alpha, and a supporting unit 9 for supporting the pressing roller 7 above the drawing body 4 of the conveyor 5.
