The present invention relates to a tablet including fermented turmeric and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a tablet including turmeric, comprising: a step of obtaining fermented turmeric by inoculating a strain into a medium including a turmeric extract； a step of obtaining granules by adding fermented turmeric powder obtained by milling the fermented turmeric, and a diluting agent and granulating； a step of obtaining a tablet by compressing the granules； and a step of coating the surface of the tablet with a mixture of water, coating agent, and a pigment, and to a tablet including fermented turmeric prepared thereby.본 발명은 발효 울금을 포함하는 정제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 울금 추출물을 포함하는 배지에 균주를 접종하여 발효시켜 발효 울금을 얻는 단계； 상기의 발효 울금을 분말화하여 얻은 발효 울금분말 및 부형제를 첨가하고 과립화하여 과립을 얻는 단계； 상기의 과립을 타정하여 정제를 얻는 단계； 및 상기의 정제의 표면을 물:코팅제:색소가 혼합된 혼합물로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효 울금을 포함하는 정제의 제조방법 및 동 방법에 의해 제조한 발효 울금을 포함하는 정제에 관한 것이다.
