PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit easy to attach to and detach from a seat for a person to take, and a seat with the sensor unit.SOLUTION: A sensor unit 30 comprises: a sensor module 31 including a biological sensor for detecting a biological signal of a seated person and a wireless communication unit connected to the biological sensor to wirelessly transmit the detected biological signal to the outside； and a sensor holding body 32 for holding the sensor module 31.
