PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid vehicle which can be easily, promptly and in one operation folded, and is independent in a folded state.SOLUTION: A user holds a holding body 38 disposed at a support base material 37 of a handle rod 32 with the support base material 37, and draws up the support base material 37 by picking up it, thereby the holding body 38 become a holding position, and a catching part body 61 disposed at a rear surface of a seat 5 through a wire 60 connected to the holding body 38 becomes a releasing position near the rear, thereby the catching with a catching rod 45 bridged between the catching part body 61 and an upper end of a pair of right and left rear legs 41 is released, further, front leg 31 and rear leg 41 rotate mutually in a closing direction following bias of a twisting coil spring 44, and thereby front wheel 7A and a rear wheel 7B approach together and the seat 5 is driven up to obtain a folding state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、一工程で容易かつ迅速に楽な姿勢で折り畳むことができ、しかも折り畳み状態で自立する歩行補助車を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ハンドル杆32の支持基材37に配置された把持体38を該支持基材37ごと使用者が握持し、かつそのまま該支持基材37を持ち上げるようにして引き上げると、該把持体38が握持位置となると共に、該把持体38に接続されたワイヤー60を介して座部5裏面に配置された係合部本体61が後方寄りの解除位置となって該係合部本体61と左右一対の後脚部41の上端に差し渡された係合杆45との係合が解除され、さらに、ねじりコイルバネ44の付勢に従って前脚部31及び後脚部41が閉じる方向に相互回動して前輪7Aと後輪7Bとが接近すると共に、該座部5が跳ね上げられ、折り畳み状態が得られる。【選択図】図3
