PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging device that allows the position of a permission button for X-ray irradiation to be known easily in an X-ray irradiation prohibition state.SOLUTION: In an X-ray imaging device 1, a permission button 27 for X-ray irradiation is provided on an operation panel 17 separately from an operation button group 25, and switches a state between a prohibition state for prohibiting X-ray irradiation from an X-ray tube and a permission state for permitting the X-ray irradiation from the X-ray tube. The permission button 27 has a visual feature different from a common visual feature of the operation button group 25 in the prohibition state. Thereby, the position of the permission button 27 can be emphasized and known to a user.
