PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic photographing apparatus for reducing an exposure level of X rays by shortening the time until luminance is stabilized, while the time required for the entire X-ray fluoroscopic photographing can be shortened.SOLUTION: When an operation button indicating a normal person shown in Fig.2(b) is selected, the X-ray irradiation by an X-ray tube starts at a preset tube-voltage value. On the other hand, when an operation button indicating a slender person shown in Fig.2(a) is selected, the X-ray irradiation by the X-ray tube starts at a tube-voltage value 10 kilovolt lower than the preset tube voltage value.
