PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tomography apparatus that facilitates the X-ray tomography by increasing the degree of freedom of selection of the irradiation position in an X-ray source.SOLUTION: An X-ray tomography apparatus includes a multi-X-ray generator and an X-ray detector to detect X-rays passing through a test object. The multi-X-ray generator includes: an electron emission source that has a plurality of electron emitting elements arranged in an array a driving circuit that selectively drives each of the plurality of the electron emitting elements a target part that has a plurality of targets which face the plurality of the electron emitting elements and generate X-rays by receiving the irradiation of electrons emitted from each of the plurality of the electron emitting elements and a front shield that has a plurality of openings respectively corresponding to each of the plurality of the targets and is connected to the target part on the side opposite to the side, facing the electron emitting elements, of the target part.
