The micelle comprises a capsule and a core contained in the capsule. The core comprises fatty acid, aliphatic alcohol, an oil mixture, and a first surfactant. The capsule comprises a phospholipid and a second surfactant. The stabilization portion comprises polyol, water and poloxamer. The oil mixture comprises hydrocarbon-based oil, ester-based oil, silicon-based oil, and natural oil.
