PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication device capable of accurately performing authentication even when biological information changes as time passes.SOLUTION: An authentication device 1 comprises: an acquisition part 2 for acquiring biological information of a user； an authentication processing part 4； a storage part 6 for storing standard biological information and fundamental biological information； and a standard biological information update part 8. The authentication processing part 4 is configured to, when a difference between the standard biological information and latest biological information is less than a first threshold, determine that authentication is successful.
