PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra irradiation apparatus and an adapter which are convenient for observing a newborn baby and a pediatrics patient under the skin.SOLUTION: The ultra irradiation apparatus uses an adapter and is more suitable for newborn babies and pediatrician. The adapter is installed on the bottom surface of the ultra irradiation apparatus and covers an irradiation source. A part of light from the irradiation apparatus goes through the adapter from an opening in the adapter and the rest is shielded.
