The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ophthalmic preparation containing thymosin beta-4. According to the preparation method of the present invention, since an ophthalmic preparation containing thymosin beta-4 is prepared in the presence of an inert gas, contact between thymosin beta-4 and oxygen is blocked, thereby enabling the activity of thymosin beta-4 to be maintained for a long time without the degeneration thereof caused by oxygen, and thus an ophthalmic preparation product prepared by the preparation method of the present invention can stably maintain the pharmacological activity of thymosin beta-4 for a long time.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une préparation ophtalmique contenant de la thymosine bêta-4. Selon le procédé de préparation de la présente invention, étant donné qu'une préparation ophtalmique contenant de la thymosine bêta-4 est préparée en présence d'un gaz inerte, le contact entre la thymosine bêta-4 et l'oxygène est inhibé, de manière à permettre que l'activité de la thymosine bêta-4 soit maintenue pendant une longue durée sans la dégénérescence de celle-ci causée par l'oxygène, et, par conséquent, un produit de préparation ophtalmique préparé par le procédé de préparation de la présente invention peut maintenir de façon stable l'activité pharmacologique de la thymosine bêta-4 pendant une longue durée.본 발명은 티모신 베타 4를 포함하는 안약의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 제조 방법에 따르면 불활성 기체의 존재 하에서 티모신 베타 4를 포함하는 안약을 제조함으로써, 티모신 베타 4와 산소와의 접촉을 차단해 티모신 베타 4가 산소에 의해 변성되지 않고 오랫동안 활성을 유지할 수 있도록 하므로, 본 발명의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 안약 제품은 티모신 베타 4의 약리적 활성을 장기간 안정적으로 유지할 수 있다.
