PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional supporting mechanism which can set the supporting position for the foot bottom end section at high and low positions under a state wherein the knee bottom is raised enables the setting from the high position to the low position, not to be performed unless the knee bottom is raised, and also that the setting is released when the knee bottom is lowered, next to keep the setting changed to the high position.SOLUTION: One end side of the knee bottom 2 is turnably and elevatably supported by a bed frame 1, and one end side of the foot bottom 6 is turnably connected with the other end side of the knee bottom 2. A supporting stay 7 is turnably connected with the lower side of the other end side of the foot bottom, and the supporting means 11 of a supporting section 9 which is constituted on the distal end side of the supporting stay 7 is constituted on the bed frame. The supporting means is constituted of a guide section 12 which movably supports the supporting section of the supporting stay, and an engaging section 13. The guide section is constituted in a manner to be supportable the supporting section which moves accompanying the turning while covering the turning range of the knee bottom. While, the engaging section is constituted on the top or the bottom of the end section side of the guide section where the supporting section is located when the knee bottom is lowered. The problem is solved in this manner.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】膝ボトムを上昇させた状態で足ボトム端部の支持位置を高、低位置に設定することができる従来の支持機構では高位置から低位置への設定は膝ボトムが上昇していないと行うことができず、また膝ボトムを下降させると設定が解除されて、次は高位置への設定となってしまう。【解決手段】本発明では膝ボトム2の一端側をベッドフレーム1に回動昇降可能に支持し、他端側に足ボトム6の一端側を回動可能に連結し、足ボトムの他端側の下側に支持ステー7を回動可能に連結し、その先端側に構成した支持部9の支持手段11をベッドフレームに構成し、支持手段は支持ステーの支持部を移動可能に支持する案内部12と係合部13とから構成し、案内部は膝ボトムの回動範囲に渡って、回動に伴って移動する支持部を支持可能に構成すると共に、係合部は、膝ボトムの下降時に支持部が位置する案内部の端部側の上方又は下方に構成することにより、上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図12
