PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a switching operation since a support stay for supporting a foot bottom end part is freely turned in a conventional support mechanism can set the support position of the foot bottom end part at a high position and a low position in the state of elevating a knee bottom.SOLUTION: One end side of the knee bottom 2 is supported so as to be turned, elevated and lowered with respect to a bed frame 1, one end side of the foot bottom 6 is turnably connected to the other end side, the support stay 7 is turnably connected to the lower side on the other end side of the foot bottom, and the support means 11 of a support part 9 configured on the distal end side is configured in the bed frame.
