The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgeon guide and an implant unit for a dental implant operation to enhance the precision of the dental implant operation by obtaining accurate images of the oral cavity of a treatment target. According to the present invention, the method includes: a first step of using multiple matching markers attached to the inside of the oral cavity of the treatment target to scan the oral cavity to obtain first scan images and computed tomography (CT) images, forming shape coupling groove units meshing with tooth embedding target units on a surface in a meshing space formed between the tooth embedding target units and opposite teeth by filling and curing while taking the meshing height into account, and forming the engaging groove units meshing with the end of the opposite teeth on the other surface by scanning the outer surface of a meshing resin to obtain secondary scan images； a second step of executing a preliminary meshing operation by using the common parts displayed on the first and second scan images as a reference to obtain integrated scan images taking the occlusion height of the treatment target into account； a third step of using the meshing marker images included in the integrated scan images and the CT images as a reference to overlap and mesh the images to obtain a three-dimensional meshing guide image； a fourth step of setting the crown height based on the three-dimensional meshing guide image and manufacturing a surgical guide including a fixing groove unit meshing with the internal shape in the oral cavity of the treatment target and a guide hole formed along the embedded position of the fixture corresponding to the set crown.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 시술의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 복수개의 정합표식자가 부착된 피시술자의 구강 내부를 스캔하여 1차 스캐닝 이미지 및 CT 이미지가 획득되고, 치아 식립대상부 및 대합치아 사이에 형성된 교합공간에 교합높이가 고려되어 충진 및 경화되되 일면에 상기 치아 식립대상부와 형합되는 형합홈부가 형성되고 타면에 상기 대합치아의 단부가 형합되는 걸림홈부가 형성되도록 제조된 교합레진의 외면을 스캔하여 2차 스캐닝 이미지가 획득되는 제1단계；
