The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a surgical guide, a crown, and an abutment for a dental implant procedure in order to improve accuracy of the implant procedure by exactly acquiring an image for the inside of a mouth of a patient. The present invention comprises: a first step of attaching and scanning a plurality of reference markers outside a first impression model which is manufactured as corresponding to a tooth implant target portion of the patient, and acquiring a first scanning image； a second step that an internal side corresponds to the tooth implant target portion by three-dimensional printing in order to protrude outside from an area side of the tooth implant target portion of the first scanning image, and inserts the reference markers into marker grooves of a splint which is manufactured while including the marker grooves assembled and disassembled with the reference markers, and stacks an occlusal base on an external side opposing a matching tooth； a third step of acquiring a CT image by cat scanning the splint of which an occlusal height is set in a state of installing the splint in the tooth implant target portion by adjusting the thickness of the occlusal base； a fourth step of overlapping the first scanning image and the CT image based on the reference markers, matching the first scanning image and the CT image on a difference map outputting a degree of assembly and disassembly between each image, and acquiring a three-dimensional occlusal guide image； and a fifth step of setting the height of the crown based on the three-dimensional occlusal guide image, and manufacturing the surgical guide including a guide groove portion assembling and disassembling a tooth internal shape of the patient and guide grooves formed in accordance with a fixture implant location corresponding to the set crown.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 시술의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 피시술자의 치아 식립대상부에 대응하여 제조된 제1인상모형의 외측에 복수개소의 레퍼런스 마커를 부착하고 스캔하여 1차 스캐닝 이미지를 획득하는
