The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgical guide for dental implants. The method can significantly reduce the time consumed to manufacture the surgical guide. The method includes: a first step of executing an oral scanning operation to scan the oral cavity of a patient&prime；s mouth to obtain an oral scan image including an extraction target tooth； a second step of selecting and inputting the boundary area of the extraction target tooth on the obtained oral scan image as well as setting and removing a removal target unit corresponding to the extraction target tooth based on the input boundary area； and a third step of forming a guide hole according to the location corresponding to the removal target unit and obtaining the design information for manufacturing the surgical guide having a fixed groove unit fitted onto the oral cavity.
