The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgical guide and a crown for dental implant using a tray, capable of exactly acquiring an image of an oral cavity to improve the precision of the implant. The method includes: a first step of coupling a tray, provided at a lateral side thereof with a plurality of reference markers and formed on in an inner surface thereof with teeth grooves, in which an impression material is injected in the internal surface of the tray, to an oral cavity and acquiring an impression having a shape matching groove corresponding to a target part for tooth implant； a second step of acquiring a primary scanning image by scanning the tray having an occlusal base stacked on an outer surface thereof, an adjusted thickness, and a set occlusal height, acquiring a secondary scanning image by oral-scanning an occlusal state of upper and lower incisors having the tray mounted therein, preliminary matching the secondary scanning image with the primary scanning image, acquiring an integrated scanning image on which a vertical dimension is reflected by reversing the primary scanning image so that a shape-matching image is formed in 3D, and acquiring a computerized tomography (CT) image by CT-photographing the upper and lower incisors； a third step of overlapping the integrated scanning image having the vertical dimension with the CT image based on a reference marker and performing a main matching on a difference map to output a shape-matching degree between the images； and a fourth step of setting the height of the crown based on the 3D occlusal guide image, and manufacturing the surgical guide including a fixing groove shape-matched with an inner shape of a mouth of the examinee and a guide hole formed according to the location for fixture implant corresponding to the set crown.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 시술의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 측면에 복수개의 레퍼런스 마커가 부착되고 내면에 인상재가 주입된 치열홈이 형성된 트레이를 피시술자의 구강 내부에 결합하여 치아 식립대상부에 대응하는 형합홈이 형성된 인상을 채득하는 제
