The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an implant unit and a surgical guide for dental implants. In order to enhance precision in a dental implant operation by obtaining accurate images on an oral cavity of a treatment target, the method includes: a first step of obtaining oral cavity scanning images and CT images of the oral cavity, wherein, in the oral cavity, a partial occlusion resin is installed to make occlusion in an occlusion space formed between a tooth implant target part and an opposing tooth in consideration of an occlusion height of the treatment target and is eccentrically arranged on a side of the occlusion space to partially expose the tooth implant target part and a facing end of the opposing tooth； a second step of obtaining three-dimensional occlusion guide images in consideration of the occlusion height by executing overlapping and matching operations with reference to common parts displayed on the oral cavity scanning images and the CT images； and a third step of setting a crown height based on the three-dimensional occlusion guide images and manufacturing a surgical guide including a fixing groove unit to be engaged with the internal shape of the oral cavity of the treatment target and a guide hole formed along the implant location of a fixture corresponding to the set crown.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 식립의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 치아 식립대상부 및 대합치아 사이에 형성된 교합공간에 피시술자의 교합높이가 고려되어 구비되되, 외측으로 상기 치아 식립대상부 및 상기 대합치아의 대향단부가 부분 노출되도록 상기 교합공간의 일측으로 편심 배치되는 부분교합레진이 설치되어 교합된 구강 내부에 대한 구강 스캐닝 이미지 및 CT 이미지가 획득되는 제1단계； 상기 구강 스캐닝 이미지 및 상기 CT 이미지에 표시된 공통부분을 기준으로 중첩 및 본정합되어 상기 교합높이가 고려된 3차원 교합 가이드 이미지가 획득되는 제2단계； 및 상기 3차원 교합 가이드 이미지를 기반으로 크라운의 높이가 설정되되, 상기 피시술자의 구강 내부형상에 형합되는 고정홈부 및 설정된 크라운에 대응되는 픽스츄어의 식립위치를 따라 형성된 가이드홀을 포함하는 서지컬 가이드가 제조되는 제3단계를 포함하는 치아 임플란트용 서지컬 가이드 및 식립물 제조방법을 제공한다.
