PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the concentration of a sterilant using a thermometer in a simple manner when the sterilant is charged into a decompressed sterilization chamber.SOLUTION: The concentration of a sterilant in a sterilization chamber is monitored which is calculated by a sterilization apparatus comprising a vacuum pump reducing the pressure of the sterilization chamber to a predetermined pressure, charging means for charging the sterilant into the decompressed sterilization chamber, a first temperature measuring part coated with a catalyst decomposing the sterilant to measure the temperature generated by decomposition reaction of the catalyst and installed in the sterilization chamber, a second temperature measuring part installed in the sterilization chamber to measure the internal temperature in the sterilization chamber, and calculation means for calculating the concentration of the sterilant in the sterilization chamber based on a difference between the internal temperature and the generated temperature measured after charging the sterilant into the sterilization chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】減圧された滅菌室に滅菌剤を投入する場合の滅菌剤の濃度を、温度計を用いて簡易的にモニターすること。【解決手段】所定圧まで滅菌室を減圧する真空ポンプと、減圧された滅菌室内に滅菌剤を投入する投入手段と、滅菌剤を分解する触媒で周囲を被覆し、触媒の分解反応により発生する温度を測定する滅菌室内に設けられた第1の温度測定部と、滅菌室内の内部温度を測定する滅菌室内に設けられた第2の温度測定部と、滅菌室内に滅菌剤が投入された後の測定した発生する温度と内部温度の差に基づいて、滅菌室内の滅菌剤の濃度を換算する換算手段と、を備える滅菌装置が換算した濃度を滅菌室内の滅菌剤の濃度としてモニターする。【選択図】 図6
