A first passageway may be operatively connected to the first processing chamber, and a second processing chamber may be operatively connected to the first passageway and in connection with the first chamber through the first passageway. A second chamber may be configured to internally perform a second processing stage at a second pressure, a second temperature, and a second sterilant concentration.
