PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventional cosmetic products and quasi-drugs have effects on epidermal cells and stratum corneum as well as serve as a nutritional supplementation, while being poor in view of improving diversity of epidermal microorganisms (so-called prebiotics), and that they can achieve the improvement in the health of the skin, while being poor in direct working against the improvement of the health of epidermis microorganisms.SOLUTION: We developed a cosmetic for preparing the environment of healthier skin surface by newly adding a prebiotic view point to cosmetics to deliver a nutritional component suitable for not only skin cells but indigenous bacteria in a suitable balance.
