The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rice waffle container and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a rice waffle container which maintains an original iconic shape and texture of a waffle and protects the shape of the waffle from water of food held in a container after manufacture. The manufacturing method of a rice waffle container comprises: a first step of inserting eggs into a kneader at room temperature, producing foam at a low speed for two minutes, and then mixing at a low speed for 30 seconds； a second step of adding strong flour mixed with baking powder, rice flour, and grain, mixing the ingredients for one minute, and then mixing the ingredients at a low speed for one minute while adding milk； a third step of baking the mixed dough under a temperature of 180°C for five minutes, immediately withdrawing the baked dough, and then cooling the baked dough at room temperature for 30 minutes to manufacture a waffle container； a fourth step of heating water, sugar, and olive oil without stirring, then boiling the mixture down with low heat for five minutes, and then cooling the mixture to manufacture a waffle coating solution； and a fifth step of coating the waffle coating solution on the surface of the waffle container.본 발명은 쌀 와플용기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 와플 본래의 성상과 느낌을 그대로 유지하면서 제조 후 용기 내에 담겨지는 음식물의 수분으로부터 와플의 형상을 보호할 수 있는 쌀 와플용기의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 상온에서 반죽기에 달걀을 넣고 저속으로 2분간 거품을 낸 후 저속으로 30초간 혼합하는 제1단계； 베이킹파우더를 혼합한 강력밀가루, 쌀가루, 곡물을 넣고 1분간 혼합한 후 우유를 넣으면서 저속으로 1분간 혼합하는 제2단계；상기 혼합된 반죽을 180℃의 온도하에서 5분간 구워 즉시 꺼낸 후 실온에서 30분간 냉각시켜 와플용기를 제조하는 제3단계；물, 설탕, 올리브유를 젓지 않은 상태로 가열한 후 약불에서 5분간 졸인 다음 식혀 와플코팅액을 제조하는 제4단계；상기 와플코팅액을 와플용기의 표면에 코팅하는 제5단계를 포함한다.
