PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which AC components can be stably extracted regardless of a measurement site.SOLUTION: A pulse wave signal processing device includes a first light receiving part for receiving reflected light of light emitted from a light emitting part emitting the light to the measuring site to measure pulse waves and for outputting first signals according to the quantity of light received, and a second light receiving part for receiving the reflected light of the light emitted from the light emitting part and for outputting second signals according to the quantity of light received. The first light receiving part and the second light receiving part are provided on such positions that the ratio of AC components and DC components included in the second signals becomes smaller than the ratio of the first signals, and the quantity of light received is adjusted so as to satisfy the condition that the DC components of the second signals are equal to or less than the DC components of the first signals.
