PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect noise which has to be removed from a measurement signal relating to an object.SOLUTION: A measuring device (1) comprises: a light emission part (11) which emits light to a living body； a first light-receiving part and a second light-receiving part (12, 13) which respectively receive the return light of the emitted light returned from the living body； and output means (100) which on the basis of an output signal from the first receiving part and that from the second light-receiving part, outputs information about noise of at least one of the output signal from the first light-receiving part and that from the second light-receiving part.
