PURPOSE: A tofu snack and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance texture and to include abundant nutrients.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of tofu snack comprises the following steps: obtaining a material mixture by mixing weak flour, tofu, bean-curd dregs powder, eggs, margarine, soda, baking powder, saline, and corn oil mixing the material mixture with curd water with a ratio of 6.5:3.5 and obtaining dough by kneading for 30-40 minutes manufacturing snack molded products by adding the dough into an extrusion machine which maintains the temperature environment of 93-95 deg. Celsius and extruding to predetermined size and shape obtaining tofu snack molded products at 50 deg. Celsius for 10 hours and frying the tofu molded product at 175-185 deg.
